RAYE<\/a> has announced the release of her sophomore album THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE<\/em>, set to drop on March 27 via Human Re Sources.<\/p>\n “Music is medicine, I’ve always said that,” said RAYE. “I guess I’m in the process of making medicine for myself that I can share with the world.<\/p>\n “I want us all to say to ourselves that it’s going to be all right, and I’m going to have faith in the seeds that I’ve planted beneath the snow. I wanted to create something that is a hug, bed or soft place for that person who needs it.”<\/p>\n The announcement comes as RAYE\u00a0 launches the European leg of her THIS TOUR MAY CONTAIN NEW MUSIC, which includes two shows at the 3Arena, Dublin.<\/p>\n The Dublin shows are on March 4 and 5, and tickets are available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n From August through October, the singer will join Bruno Mars<\/a> as a special guest on his The Romantic Tour.<\/p>\n In 2024, a year after the drop of her debut album My 21st Century Blues<\/em>, the singer made history by winning six categories at the Brit Awards, breaking the record for the artist who received the most awards in a single ceremony.<\/p>\n The record had been previously jointly held by Blur<\/a> (1995), Adele<\/a> (2016) and Harry Styles<\/a> (2023), who had all received 4 awards.<\/p>\n At the same ceremony, RAYE became the first woman to ever win Songwriter of the Year.<\/p>\n The album is available for pre-order here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote><\/div><\/div>\n
