David and Victoria Beckham<\/a> are showing support for their son Cruz amid the tense situation with their eldest child, Brooklyn.<\/p>\n On Friday (Jan. 23), the parents hyped up their youngest son after Cruz announced on Instagram that he\u2019d be going on tour with his band, The Breakers. \u201cIt\u2019ll be my dream to play you the music I\u2019ve been working on,\u201d he wrote, sharing the show dates with followers.<\/p>\n More from Billboard<\/strong><\/p>\n In the comments, the former Spice Girl wrote, \u201cWe r all so proud of u Cruz,\u201d while the soccer legend reshared the announcement onto his Story and expressed his support with a string of pink heart emojis.<\/p>\n Victoria also posted Cruz\u2019s tour news on her Story and repeated, \u201cSo proud of you Cruz!!\u201d<\/p>\n After months of rumors, Brooklyn confirmed that he and his family were feuding by posting a lengthy statement on his Instagram Story earlier this week accusing his mom and dad of \u201crepeatedly\u201d interfering in his marriage to actress Nicola Peltz. \u201cI do not want to reconcile with my family,\u201d Brooklyn wrote at the time<\/a>, alleging that his mother had danced \u201cinappropriately\u201d on him at his wedding to Peltz as well as canceled the design of his wife\u2019s bridal gown last minute.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not being controlled, I\u2019m standing up for myself for the first time in my life,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n Cruz is one of four Beckham kids, with the athlete and designer also sharing son Romeo and daughter Harper. Fans had been wondering for a long time why Brooklyn was the only one who\u2019d stopped appearing in his parents\u2019 pictures on Instagram before the actor finally broke his silence with his post, in which he also claimed that David and Victoria had \u201cattempted to bribe [him] into signing away the rights to [his] name.\u201d<\/p>\n Brooklyn\u2019s youngest brother, however, has stood by their parents. When fans first noticed that David and Victoria had seemingly unfollowed Brooklyn on Instagram, Cruz clarified<\/a> in a post that \u201cMy mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. Let\u2019s get the facts right. They woke up blocked\u2026 as did I.\u201d<\/p>\n Neither David nor Victoria have addressed Brooklyn\u2019s claims, although the former did share a warning <\/a>about the dangers of social media in a talk-show appearance shortly afterward. \u201c[Kids] make mistakes, but children are allowed to make mistakes,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cThat is how they learn.
