Lukas Nelson<\/a>, son of Willie and primary songwriter for several tracks on the 2018 version of \u201cA Star Is Born<\/a>,\u201d is teaming up with Judd Apatow<\/a> and Glen Powell<\/a> to write original songs for their forthcoming country western comedy.<\/p>\n

Nelson and fellow songwriter Ernest Keith Smith<\/a> (who goes by Ernest<\/a>) are leading the songwriting effort together, Apatow told TheWrap<\/a> during a Saturday interview at the Sundance Film Festival, where he was promoting the documentary \u201cParalyzed by Hope: The Maria Bamford Story<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
