Riz Ahmed weighs in on starring with Tom Cruise in \u2018Digger\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tom Cruise\u2019s upcoming cinematic feature by Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez I\u00f1\u00e1rritu has been pretty much mysterious, but Riz Ahmed has something to share about it.<\/p>\n

During his latest appearance at the Sundance Film Festival, Riz reflected on his experience with Cruise while filming on the set of I\u00f1\u00e1rritu\u2019s movie, Digger<\/i>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHonestly, there\u2019s nothing like that experience I’ve ever had before,\u201d he told Collider<\/i>, \u201cjust because of how motivated, focused, hardworking, and inspiring Tom Cruise is on set.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other actors from the film\u2019s cast have also spoken about their experience with the Oscar-winning actor and how his presence and skills felt on the set.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe energy he has and the positivity is crazy,\u201d Riz added. \u201cIt’s like nothing I\u2019ve ever seen before.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actor also spoke highly of his Oscar-winning director\u2019s work. <\/p>\n

\u201cThen Alejandro, the attention to detail, the vision, the ambition of it, as well, every day is just like, \u2018Wow, this is kind of nuts,\u2019\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n

Riz also made sure to acknowledge the film\u2019s cinematographer, Emmanuel Lubezki. He marked that the cinematographer \u201cwas doing things that were so different and unique.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cJust the level of craft and attention to detail is crazy. It just makes you want to bring your best to the table,\u201d he added of Lubezki. \u201cIt\u2019s inspiring. It\u2019s intense, though. It\u2019s definitely very intense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Digger<\/i>, a highly anticipated film by Alejandro G. I\u00f1\u00e1rritu, is set to hit theatres on October 2 this year.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
