Fizz-e-Motion<\/a> has come on board as the sales agent for science-fiction thriller \u201cPsychonaut<\/a>,\u201d starring Fiona Dourif<\/a>. The company will start promoting the film at the European Film Market in Berlin next month.<\/p>\n

Thijs Meuwese<\/a>\u2019s film centers on Max, a young woman, who \u2013 enabled by a mysterious futuristic machine \u2013 dives inside the mind of her dying girlfriend, trying to find the essential memory that could save her life, all the while being hunted by a man they presumed to be dead.<\/p>\n

Meuwese said, \u201c\u2018Psychonaut<\/a>\u2019 is a trippy microbudget drama with elements of science fiction and horror in the same vein as movies like \u2018Pi<\/a>,\u2019 \u2018Following,\u2019 \u2018Primer<\/a>\u2019 and \u2018The Lighthouse.<\/a>\u2019<\/p>\n
