The punk-pop outfit, led by Billie Joe Armstrong, have a detailed history when it comes to blasting Trump.<\/p>\n In 2016, Armstrong compared Trump to Hitler in British rock magazine Kerrang! and led anti-Trump chants at gigs, shouting: \u201cNo Trump, no KKK, no fascist USA.\u201d The band also changed the lyrics to their hit song \u2018American Idiot\u2019<\/strong><\/a>, repeatedly swapping the line \u201cI\u2019m not part of a redneck agenda\u201d to \u201cI\u2019m not part of the MAGA agenda\u201d – most notably during Dick Clark\u2019s New Year\u2019s Rockin\u2019 Eve in 2023 and at Coachella last year.<\/p>\n
