The White House and President Donald Trump<\/a> are making moves to save the opening week of First Lady<\/a> Melania Trump<\/a>\u2018s documentary, set to be released on January 30 and widely expected to bomb.<\/p>\n

Entitled Melania<\/a>, the project cost Amazon\u2019s MGM Studios $40 million. It is projected to make just $5 million on its opening weekend, even though the studio is spending an additional $35 million on marketing and expanding the release to 27 countries.<\/p>\n

Entertainment reporter Rob Shuter<\/a> claimed that advance ticket sales for the movies have been \u201cdismal\u201d and theaters are expected to be \u201cpractically empty.\u201d<\/p>\n
