West One Music Group<\/a> has appointed George Hyde as its global head of legal & business affairs, royalties & copyright.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Hyde \u2013 who will report to COO Maria Scott and join the company\u2019s executive team \u2013 will now lead global strategy across rights, licensing, and administration, supporting the company\u2019s activities while strengthening collective management frameworks.<\/span><\/p>\n An official press release states that the newly created role \u201creflects West One Music<\/a>\u2019s focus on building simple, scalable and commercially robust systems for artists and partners as the business continues to expand globally.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Hyde will also work closely with West One Music\u2019s teams<\/span><\/p>\n
