The Duke of Kent<\/a> was pictured attending a rare engagement on Tuesday, just four months after the death of his late wife<\/a>. The 90-year-old was seen attending the Imperial War Museum in London to observe Holocaust Memorial Day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n In pictures shared on the Royal Family<\/a>‘s official Instagram<\/a> account, the royal can be seen seated in a wheelchair.
