The Princess of
\nWales spent an away day in northern England on Tuesday to meet with
\norganisations that focus on creativity, community and nature as
\nways to help those living with trauma and poor mental health.<\/h5>\n
Catherine first dropped in at Family Action\u2019s Children\u2019s Trauma
\nTherapy Service in Bradford to learn more about their creative
\ntherapy sessions to help young people process traumatic
\nexperiences.<\/p>\n

\nTouch programme, which helps elderly people find activities at the
\nclub to combat social isolation.<\/p>\n
\nInspiring Futures programme, which helps young people at risk of
\nanti-social behaviour work as a team and learn goal setting

\nhealth needs. After their walk, Catherine\u2019s group paused to reflect
\nand were each asked to choose three words to describe the activity.
