The one-story main house on South 147th Street was built in 2003, according to the listing.<\/p>\n

The sellers also own a ranch\/vineyard in Oregon, Aazami said. \u201cThey don\u2019t need this much space anymore. It\u2019s been fun for all these years for them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen they bought it in 2017, it was just the house,\u201d he said. They completely remodeled the house and added all of the outbuildings.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s all gated and walled, a lot of glass and steel,\u201d Aazami said.<\/p>\n
