In addition to founding the Ducks, Boulton also founded the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball and served as its\u00a0chairman\u00a0from the league\u2019s inaugural season through January 2026, when he transitioned to\u00a0member-at-large.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\u201cI have always viewed my ownership of the Long Island Ducks as a public trust, and any successor had to be in lockstep with that belief,\u201d\u00a0Boulton\u00a0said\u00a0in the statement.\u00a0\u201cREV Entertainment has that commitment and is the right organization to guide the Ducks into the future and keep\u00a0QuackerJack\u00a0dancing on the dugout tops for many years to come.
