There\u2019s a fairy tale quality to Yerin Ha<\/a>\u2019s casting in the newest season of Bridgerton<\/a> \u2014 and not just because it\u2019s based on the story of Cinderella<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The recently released fourth outing of Netflix<\/a>\u2019s massively popular Regency romance \u2014 adapted from Julia Quinn<\/a>\u2019s best-selling book series \u2014 is a twist on the Grimm brothers\u2019 fable. It centers on playboy Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson<\/a>, who has been on the show since the first season) and his romance with Ha<\/a>\u2019s Sophie Baek, a servant he meets at a masquerade ball.<\/p>\n

Ha can thank whatever fairy godmother in Shondaland\u2019s casting department picked her out, since, as the 28-year-old Korean-Australian actress tells The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, \u201cCinderella was actually my favorite princess when I was younger.\u201d<\/p>\n
