The grim update from Ray J \u2014 whose real name is William Raymond Norwood Jr. \u2014 comes on the heels of news earlier this month<\/a> that he\u2019d been hospitalized with a severe case of pneumonia after experiencing \u201cheart pains.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cMy heart\u2019s only beating 25%,\u201d the \u201cOne Wish\u201d hitmaker said in another Instagram video<\/a> after returning home over the weekend, adding in the caption that he \u201cjust almost died.\u201d<\/p>\n
