Nearly 20 years after he retired from the NFL, Michael Strahan<\/a> just teased that he may retire from some of his TV gigs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Good Morning America<\/a><\/em> host talked about football, his career, his personal life, and more on the Wednesday, January 29, episode<\/a> of Jason<\/a> and Travis Kelce<\/a>\u2018s New Heights podcast. \u201cYou\u2019ve done so much, Mike. What\u2019s next?\u201d Jason asked Strahan. \u201cWhat is the next thing for Michael Strahan?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cRetirement,\u201d Strahan candidly replied, taking Jason and Travis by surprise. Strahan, 54, quickly assured the brothers that he was joking, but noted that he plans to retire from TV \u201cat some point\u201d in the future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cI love Fox. I absolutely love that. But I just want to \u2014 you work so much and then I want to go here, I want to go there, and I can\u2019t do a lot of things because I got these commitments and schedule stuff. I think at some point, I have to look at time lived and time left.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Strahan noted that Jason and Travis have \u201cmore time ahead of you than behind you,\u201d whereas he has \u201cmore time behind me than ahead of me.\u201d He continued, \u201cI\u2019m starting to look more in that vein of life, and I\u2019m not just gonna completely disappear.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
