Although several of Jones&#8217; claims were dismissed last year, it has been claimed that some key allegations remain in court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;The fight is still on,&#8221; Jones said. &#8220;There are still charges pending against him, and some of those charges we do plan on bringing back.
