She had a swift downfall.<\/p>\n

Taylor\u00a0Swift\u2019s popularity rating dropped even before the release of her controversial text messages with Blake Lively.<\/p>\n

The billionaire songstress\u2019 popularity fell to 46.7% \u2014 down from 55.4% this time last year, according\u00a0to a\u00a0YouGov\u00a0poll<\/a> taken on Jan. 5, NewsNation\u2019s Paula Froelich reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

Two weeks later, on Jan. 20, text messages between Swift and Lively<\/a> were shared in court during the trial between the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d actress and her \u201cIt Ends With Us<\/a>\u201d\u00a0co-star Justin Baldoni.<\/p>\n

The messages included one from Swift where she bashed Baldoni, saying, \u201cI think this b\u2014h knows something is coming because he\u2019s gotten out his tiny violin.\u201d<\/p>\n
