Doctor Who<\/em> fans prepare for an auction of epic proportions: 200 props and costumes. Bids start at \u00a3100.<\/p>\n \u201cDoctor Who<\/em> is built on the passion of its fans, and this auction is a way to celebrate that connection,\u201d said Sarah Bold<\/a>, Head of Marketing, Global Brands and Licensing BBC Studios. \u201cBy bidding, fans not only bring home a piece of television history, they also help us protect and preserve the incredible legacy of Doctor Who <\/em>for future generations, while supporting BBC Children in Need.\u201d<\/p>\n One prop stands out from the rest: the bronze Time War Dalek, a terrifying and well-designed antagonist introduced in 2005.
