Paul Thomas Anderson<\/a>\u2019s political thriller One Battle After Another<\/a> took home the top prize at the 46th annual London Critics\u2019 Circle Film Awards Sunday night.<\/p>\n

The Leonardo DiCaprio<\/a>-starring film was awarded film of the year at the ceremony, held at London\u2019s May Fair Hotel, with Anderson<\/a> also winning director of the year and screenwriter of the year, while Sean Penn<\/a> earned the supporting actor prize.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere<\/a>, Hamnet<\/a>\u2018s Jessie Buckley<\/a> nabbed actress of the year for her performance in Chlo\u00e9 Zhao<\/a>\u2019s Shakespearean heartbreaker, while Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a> took home the lead actor prize for Josh Safdie<\/a>\u2019s ping-pong caper Marty Supreme. Amy Madigan<\/a> won in the supporting actress category for her villainous turn in Zach Cregger<\/a>\u2019s Weapons<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ryan Coogler<\/a>\u2019s genre-bending vampire movie Sinners<\/a> earned the technical achievement award for Ludwig G\u00f6ransson<\/a>\u2019s score, and in categories dedicated to British and Irish talent, newcomer Harry Lighton<\/a>…<\/p>\n
