\n\tBruno Mars<\/a> celebrated Valentine\u2019s Day a little early on the Grammy stage, performing his new single \u201cI Just Might\u201d on Sunday night\u2019s show.<\/p>\n \n\tThe star \u2014 decked out in a red suit and headband \u2014 was backed by his Hooligans band (in matching rouge) against a glitzy heart-shaped backdrop. He had the room grooving to his three-week-old song, with the whole performance bathed in romantic hues. <\/p>\n \n\tMars, who already had 16 Grammy wins to his name coming into the evening, was nominated for three more awards<\/a> this year: record and song of the year as well as best pop duo\/group performance, all for his \u201cAPT.\u201d collaboration with Ros\u00e9 (The latter award went to<\/a>\u00a0Wicked\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande during the premiere ceremony for their rendition of \u201cDefying Gravity.\u201d)<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI Just Might\u201d was the star\u2019s second performance of the night, after he and Ros\u00e9 \u2014 a member of the K-pop supergroup Blackpink \u2014 opened the show<\/a> with their high-energy hit. \u201cLadies and gentleman, big bad Rosie,\u201d Mars yelled as Ros\u00e9 gave him a kiss on the cheek and belted out the beginning of the song.<\/p>\n \n\tAwards aside, Mars is at the beginning of big comeback, releasing his first solo album in a decade<\/a> \u2014 titled The Romantic<\/em>, and led by \u201cI Just Might\u201d \u2014 on Feb. 27; the star is also embarking on a seven-month-long world tour<\/a> starting in April. He has, however, kept busy with collaborations, on top of his one with Ros\u00e9 \u2014 his Silk Sonic project with Anderson.
