Giuffre, for her part, had long alleged she was forced to have sex with Andrew in London in 2001 when she was just 17.<\/p>\n
The attorney said he had spoken to legal counsel for Andrew on behalf of the second woman, who isn\u2019t British, but he was \u201cseemingly disconnected from his lawyer.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added that the communication dried up after Andrew was stripped of his royal titles last year and evicted from Royal Lodge.<\/p>\n
Andrew has long strenuously denied any wrongdoing with Giuffre, whose allegations led to him being stripped of his royal duties, then his royal titles. He did not respond to the latest allegations, the BBC said.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
