Madelyn Cline<\/strong><\/a> is weighing in on speculation she\u2019s dating longtime friend Lukas Gage.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The rumor began when DeuxMoi posted a photo of Cline, 28, and Gage, 30, via Instagram<\/a> on Monday, February 2, writing over the image, \u201cFrom friends to flames: Lukas Gage and Madelyn Cline turn romance real.\u201d In the caption, DeuxMoi wrote, \u201c\ud83d\udea8NEW COUPLE ALERT!\u201d<\/p>\n

Cline took to the comments section to shut down the idea, writing, \u201cOmfg.\u201d In a separate comment, she added, \u201cLoml but also I feel like there are better pictures of me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cline and Gage have been friends for years, celebrating each other\u2019s successes along the way. In October 2025, Cline gave a shout-out to Gage for publishing his memoir, I Wrote This for Attention<\/em>. Alongside the post, Cline shared a series of photos from a party for Gage.<\/p>\n

Gage, meanwhile, filed for divorce from celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton<\/strong> in 2023 after tying the knot six months prior<\/a>, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Gage and Appleton reached a divorce settlement in 2024.<\/p>\n
