During his acceptance, he dedicated the esteemed award to \u201call the people that had to leave their homeland \u2014 their country \u2014 to follow their dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"primary-cli cli cli-text \">\n<p>Exclusively in Spanish, Bad Bunny said: \u201cThank God, thank you to the Academy, thank you to everyone who has believed in me throughout my career, to everyone who worked on this album, and thank you to my mom for giving birth to me in Puerto Rico, I love you.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"primary-cli cli cli-text \">\n<p>He added, \u201cPuerto Rico, believe me when I say we are so much bigger than 100 x 35. And there\u2019s nothing we can\u2019t achieve.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"primary-cli cli cli-text \">\n<p>Earlier in the ceremony, Bad Bunny also picked up Grammys for Best M\u00fasica Urbana Album and Best Global Music Performance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"primary-cli cli cli-text \">\n<p>He entered this year\u2019s ceremony already making history, having become the first Spanish-language artist to earn nominations in three of the Big Four categories \u2014 Album, Song, and Record of the Year \u2014 in the same year. But this isn\u2019t his first historic milestone with the Recording Academy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"primary-cli cli cli-text \">\n<p>Back in 2022, his \u201cUn Verano Sin Ti\u201d album became the first Spanish-language project ever nominated for Album of the Year.
