The BPI has revealed details of the latest members appointed to its BPI Equity and Justice Advisory Group<\/a> (EJAG).<\/p>\n Seven new members drawn from across the industry have successfully applied for the positions vacated by original founder members, who stepped down at the end of 2025 in line with EJAG governance.\u00a0<\/p>\n Chaired by BPI chair YolanDa Brown OBE DL, with Alex Hannaby<\/a> as its deputy chair and supported by BPI\u2019s head of diversity, equity and inclusion, Hailey Willington, EJAG assists the BPI in advocating for the progression of DEI policies across the sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n EJAG works to support the BPI\u2019s Five-Year DEI Strategy and Vision<\/a>.<\/p>\n Following their first meeting on January 27, the following new members are beginning a two-year term:<\/p>\n \u2013 Christopher De Banks (Founder\/Director, Not Saints) They join existing EJAG members:<\/p>\n \u2013 Alex Hannaby (Head of UK, Big Machine Label Group) EJAG Deputy Chair \u201cOn behalf of EJAG, we are delighted to welcome our new members and look forward to being able to draw on their breadth of experience and expertise as we build on our important work advocating for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive industry,\u201d said YolanDa Brown<\/a>. \u201cWe owe a huge debt to our EJAG founding members after a near-decade of valued service and commitment, and we thank them for their dedication, wisdom, and all that they have contributed.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
