While many are now seeing Sarah in a new light, one palace aide made a telling five-word remark about the former Duchess several years ago.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Independent<\/a> reported that in a 1995 interview, Lord Charteris – who retired in 1977 after five years as private secretary to the late Queen – described Sarah as “a vulgarian… vulgar, vulgar vulgar\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This suggests that the revelation of these new emails to Epstein and the kinds of things Sarah would say may not come as a surprise to certain Palace staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
