Brunson, the model and businesswoman, 42, spoke about how she approaches co-parenting her son Flynn, 15, with the <em>Pirates of the Caribbean<\/em> star. But at the same time, let&#8217;s make sure that we completely forgive each other, make peace with each other, because otherwise it really weighs on you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Kerr said that because she knew Bloom was always going to be in her life, she would rather be at peace with him than forever fighting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;When you have a child with someone else, they&#8217;re always going to be that person&#8217;s parent for the rest of their life, and there are going to be situations when you&#8217;re going to need to talk if you like it or not,&#8221; she explained. &#8220;So why not make it harmonious? Why not make it more peaceful?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">And although she advocates for a peaceful co-parenting relationship, that doesn&#8217;t mean Kerr doesn&#8217;t have boundaries with her ex. In fact, the mom of four said it was her husband, Snap founder <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/who-is-evan-spiegel-miranda-kerr-husband-7563158\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Evan Spiegel;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Evan Spiegel<\/a>, who told her it was okay to set boundaries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;He actually helped me have a little more boundaries with Orlando, to be honest. My husband has good boundaries,&#8221; she shared. &#8220;And in the beginning, when Orlando and I had recently separated, I was just very, very giving, as always, and wanting to please.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;And if Orlando had a last-minute change, and he would say this himself, I would always accommodate him to that. And then Evan was like, &#8216;Hold on a minute here. Hold on. You don&#8217;t have to do that.&#8217; And I&#8217;m like, &#8216;I know.&#8217; And he&#8217;s like, &#8216;You don&#8217;t have to.
