Nick Viall<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Natalie Joy<\/a>\u00a0are expanding their family!<\/p>\n The former Bachelor<\/em> star, 45, and his wife, 27, announced in an Instagram post<\/a> on Wednesday, Feb. 4, that they’re expecting twins. The couple’s happy news comes after a tough year for Joy, who publicly shared she experienced three miscarriages in 2025.<\/p>\n “Our rainbow babies are finally ready to join us and this time it\u2019s TWINS \ud83c\udf08\ud83c\udf08,” Joy and Viall wrote in their joint caption. In the sweet photos, Joy could be seen wearing a silk shirt that was unbuttoned to showcase her growing belly.<\/p>\n She held up a series of sonogram images, standing next to Viall, who held the other side. Health care professionals perform [d&c] to diagnose and treat certain uterine conditions \u2014 such as heavy bleeding \u2014 or to clear the uterine lining after a miscarriage or abortion.”<\/p>\n “I’m working very closely with my doctors that I love and trust and eager to find out what’s going on so we don’t experience this heartbreak for a 4th time. love yall \u2764\ufe0f.”<\/p>\n
