On Feb. 7, a parade and block party in the Beale Street Entertainment District will feature bands, celebrity performances and family-friendly fun. Second.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the festivities, \u201cMardi Gras In Memphis\u201d has crowned Grammy-nominated hip-hop producer Jazze Pha as King and state Sen.
