While Maddie\u2019s life seems brilliant, mounting professional pressures reawaken a long-dormant struggle with an eating disorder.<\/p>\n<p>The cast also includes Early\u2019s frequent collaborator Kate Berlant, Eric Rahill, Claudia O\u2019Doherty, Vanessa Bayer, Conner O\u2019Malley, Chris Bauer and Kristen Johnston.<\/p>\n<p>US producers are Harris Mayersohn for Dogma 3000, <em>I Saw the TV Glow<\/em> producer Luca Intili for Third Place, and Early.<\/p>\n<p>Magnolia will release in the US, as previously announced.<\/p>\n<p>Early is a prominent figure in the US alt-comedy scene, with credits including his HBO stand up special\u00a0<em>Now More Than Ever<\/em>, A24 sketch special <em>Would It Kill You To Laugh?<\/em>, and as an actor and producer in Neon\u2019s Sundance 2024 premiere<em> Stress Positions,<\/em> from writer-director Theda Hammel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery once in a while, a film comes along that is so audacious in its approach that it feels ahead of the cultural moment,\u201d said Mister Smith\u2019s senior vice president, international sales and acquisitions, Shane Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs their fans know well, and critics have discovered, John and his collaborators are setting a new standard in comedy and demand attention.
