A Scream<\/em> reunion will be part of an upcoming episode as Drew Barrymore<\/a> reunites with David Arquette<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The game show<\/a> was revived by CBS in 2025, after two iterations of the show, the first in 1966 and then again in 1998. Here\u2019s everything you need to know about Hollywood Squares<\/em> Season 2, including when you can expect it to return, who will host, and who will appear.<\/p>\n Hollywood Squares<\/em> Season 1 was a ratings hit, with around 5.4 million viewers watching the show \u201clive\u201d on CBS every week. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis season, our new and returning series continue to showcase CBS as the leader in launching and programming the biggest hits with mass appeal for broadcast and streaming viewers,\u201d Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment, said in a press release. \u201cThese returning shows represent a mix of long-standing hits and a new generation of fan favorites. In collaboration with our extraordinarily talented partners in front of and behind the camera, we look forward to delivering another successful season.\u201d<\/p>\n Season 2 of Hollywood Squares<\/em> returned on Wednesday, January 7 at 8\/7c. The episodes will continue to air at that time until March 11, when it moves to 10:30 due to Survivor<\/em><\/a>. However, starting January 28, Hollywood Squares<\/em> gets pushed back to 9\/8c until the 10:30\/9:30c time change.<\/p>\n The game show will not air on February 24, due to a three-episode Survivor<\/em> premiere.<\/p>\n Michael Yarish\/CBS<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Hollywood Squares<\/em> is a game show where two contestants compete in a game of tic-tac-toe to win cash and prizes. A celebrity will give an answer, and the contestant has to agree or disagree with them, and if they are right, they get that square. The first player to get a tic-tac-toe or five squares wins. Every episode, there is a secret square. If they are picked and the question is answered correctly, the contestant wins a trip.<\/p>\n Former football player Nate Burleson<\/a> will return as host. Drew Barrymore<\/a>, who was the center square in most of the Season 1 episodes, is also returning. The celebrities change every episode, with a few recurring. This season will have over 70 celebrities trying to get contestants to win $25,000.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
