When DC Studios<\/a> announced its “Chapter 1: Gods and Monsters” slate three years ago, one of the most surprising projects was a TV show titled\u00a0Paradise Lost<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While both Superman and Batman<\/a> were promised big-screen reboots, there was no mention of Wonder Woman<\/a> beyond this series. Few details were revealed beyond it exploring\u00a0Themyscira’s past long before Diana Prince<\/a> was born (Game of Thrones<\/a> was said to be an inspiration).<\/p>\n

DC Studios co-CEOs James Gunn<\/a> and Peter Safran<\/a> may live to regret the day they announced that slate, especially as\u00a0The Brave and the Bold<\/a>,\u00a0The Authority<\/a>,\u00a0Swamp Thing<\/a>,\u00a0Waller<\/a>, and Booster Gold<\/a> have either fallen apart or found themselves stuck in development hell.<\/p>\n
