“When we were all talking during the broadcast, Domhnall (Gleeson) made a light hearted joke about wanting to be in one of my music videos,” Swift said in the caption of her post. “In that moment during the interview, I was instantly struck with an idea. And so a week later he received an email script I\u2019d written for the\u00a0Opalite video, where he was playing the starring role.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In the 1990s-themed music video, Swift stars as a “lonely woman” who seeks companionship from a rock and Gleeson stars as a “lonely man” whose companion is a cactus, until a spray of a\u00a0fictional chemical potion called “Opalite” brings Swift and Gleeson together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Swift said in her post that she thought it would be “wild” if the other guests featured in their episode \u2014 Cillian Murphy, Lewis Capaldi, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith and Norton himself \u00a0\u2014 also appeared in the music video.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“To my delight, everyone from the show made the effort to time travel back to the ’90s with us and help with this video,” Swift said in her post.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The music video is currently only available on Apple Music and\u00a0Spotify. The “Opalite” music video will release on YouTube on Sunday at 8 a.m. ET.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
