\n\t\u201cDie for Me,\u201d the latest single from ZAYN<\/a>, tops this week\u2019s fan-voted music poll.<\/p>\n \n\tMusic fans voted in a poll published Friday (Feb. 6)\u00a0on\u00a0Billboard<\/em><\/a>, choosing the former One Direction member\u2019s new release as their favorite.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cDie for Me\u201d debuted during a week that had several popular new music releases \u2014 from Tame Impala and Jennie, J. Cole, Nick Jonas, sombr and more. ZAYN\u2019s track was fans\u2019 top pick in this round, bringing in a whopping 80% of the vote.<\/p>\n \n\tThe R&B-pop single \u201cDie for Me\u201d\u00a0\u2014 and its music video, seen above \u2014 comes ahead of the release of Konnakol<\/em><\/a>, ZAYN\u2019s just-announced fifth solo studio album. The LP arrives on April 17 via Mercury Records\/Island Records U.K., and is the follow-up to his 2024 set, Room Under the Stairs<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cIt\u2019s that time again, I have been lucky enough to make a fifth studio album,\u201d the singer said in a press statement. \u201cKonnakol<\/em>\u00a0in its definition is the act of creating percussive sounds with one\u2019s voice, but what it means to me lies somewhere much deeper. It is a sound that holds the reverberation of a time before words existed.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI have always drawn on my heritage for inspiration since I first started making my own music \u2014 this album is a development of that understanding, knowing more now than ever, who I am, where I come from and where I intend to go,\u201d ZAYN shared.<\/p>\n \n\tSoon after delivering the news<\/a> of Konnakol<\/em>, ZAYN unveiled a set of upcoming dates for the Konnakol Tour<\/a>, scheduled to begin on May 12 in Manchester, England. The trek has him performing at arenas and stadiums in the U.K., Mexico, North America and South America.<\/p>\n \n\tAmong the new releases trailing behind \u201cDie for Me\u201d are Tame Impala and Jennie\u2019s \u201cDracula\u201d remix, with 9% of the vote; J.
