NAYLOR \u2014 The Twin Rivers Lady Royals basketball team used the inside-outside punch of Lilly Oliver and Lanie Lawson and also rode a fast start to a 16-point halftime lead on the way to a 49-34 win over the host Naylor Lady Eagles in the final game of the first round of the Ozark Foothills Conference Tournament on Saturday night. <\/span><\/p>\n The Lady Royals (13-7), seeded third in the OFC Tournament, <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI thought we did some good things (Saturday) night but went on (overly) long scoring droughts,\u201d Twin Rivers coach Michael Snider said. \u201cWe will have to fix that and be more efficient.
