anxiety surrounding today,\u201d but also expressed gratitude for everyone who supported her through her health journey. <span stage 2 melanoma diagnosis\u00a0in October 2022 and has undergone over a dozen surgeries\u00a0since. <span class=\"credit\">teddimellencamp\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The reality star\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/10\/11\/teddi-mellencamp-diagnosed-with-stage-2-melanoma\/\">revealed her stage 2 melanoma diagnosis<\/a>\u00a0in October 2022 and\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/10\/27\/teddi-mellencamp-shares-photos-from-surgery-to-remove-melanomas\/\">underwent more than a dozen surgeries<\/a> \u2014 including the emergency procedure in February 2025.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2025, she <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/10\/03\/celebrity-news\/teddi-mellencamp-reveals-major-health-update-in-stage-4-cancer-battle\/\">gave the positive update<\/a> that her stage 4 cancer was \u201cgone,\u201d but clarified that she is not considered to be \u201cin remission\u201d yet.<\/p>\n<p>She started undergoing immunotherapy, which her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, said is
