James Morgan, was taken into custody following an alleged verbal dispute at their Los Angeles home on Sunday night. <\/p>\n<p>A Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Department spokesperson told Page Six that officers responded to at least three separate calls regarding a noise complaint at the couple\u2019s apartment in the Marina Del Rey area around 10:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan allegedly refused to cooperate with the investigation and was charged with obstructing or delaying a public officer and disturbing the peace. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kim Delaney\u2019s husband, James Morgan, was arrested following an alleged verbal dispute on Sunday. <span Marina Del Rey sheriff\u2019s station, but was released as of Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p>A rep for Delaney, 64, wasn\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan\u2019s arrest, meanwhile, comes after the actress was granted a restraining order against him due to ongoing alleged abuse and harassment in October,<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/nypd-blues-kim-delaney-granted-restraining-order-against-estranged-husband-excl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> per Us Weekly.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The restraining order prohibited Morgan from coming near Delaney\u2019s homes in Marina Del Rey and New Jersey, and communicating with her.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Morgan allegedly refused to cooperate with the officers. <span who wed in 2022, have been going through divorce proceedings since March 2023.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, the \u201cAll My Children\u201d alum cited \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for their split, despite repeatedly putting on a united front with Morgan.<\/p>\n<p>Delaney, meanwhile, was arrested last April after allegedly <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/04\/01\/entertainment\/nypd-blue-alum-kim-delaney-allegedly-tried-to-run-over-husband-before-assault-arrest\/\">trying to hit Morgan with her car<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, insiders told TMZ that the duo had been fighting for a few days before law enforcement officers got involved.<\/p>\n<p>Delaney reported Morgan for domestic violence after they allegedly <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/03\/29\/nypd-blue-kim-delaney-arrest-assault\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">got into a \u201cheated argument\u00a0that turned physical.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Morgan was booked at the Marina Del Rey Sheriff\u2019s Station. <span class=\"credit\">kimdelaney4reel\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter reportedly returned the next morning.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, Delaney informed police officers, and when they arrived, Morgan allegedly told them about his wife\u2019s attempt to hit him with her vehicle and showed them a video.<\/p>\n<p>Delaney was<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/03\/30\/celebrity-news\/nypd-blue-alum-kim-delaney-arrested-on-felony-assault-charge\/\"> booked with a felony assault <\/a>with a deadly weapon, and Morgan was
