The Jeffrey Epstein<\/a> saga could spell the \u201cend of the monarchy\u201d, a US congressman has said as he challenged the King and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor<\/a> to \u201cstart answering questions\u201d.<\/p>\n

Appearing on Newsnight <\/em>on Monday (9 February), Representative Ro Khanna<\/a>, Democratic member of the Oversight Committee, claimed that the Royal Family is in an extremely vulnerable position<\/a> due to Andrew\u2019s ties to the disgraced financier.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThe King<\/a> has to answer what he knew about Andrew and just stripping him of a title is not enough,\u201d he said, adding it is \u201cnot a good look for the British monarchy\u201d.<\/p>\n

He called on Andrew, who has denied all wrongdoing, to testify before Congress.<\/p>\n
