Ella Langley has announced the release of a new song titled \u201cBe Her,\u201d set to arrive this Friday, February 13th. She previewed the track with a brief teaser clip on social media, offering fans an early look at a verse.<\/p>\n

In the snippet, Langley sketches a portrait of a self-assured woman, opening with the lines: \u201cShe drinks wine by the glass, not by the bottle \/ She ain\u2019t stuck on the past, ain\u2019t worried about tomorrow.\u201d The teaser continues with character-driven imagery, describing someone who is \u201ca lover, a mother, a sister and wife\u201d who \u201cdon\u2019t need validation or much of anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBe Her\u201d arrives as Langley continues the rollout of her forthcoming sophomore album,\u00a0Dandelion<\/em>, due April 10th. Executive produced by Langley alongside Miranda Lambert and Ben West, Langley has described the new record as her most personal and fully realized body of work to date.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis record has so much growth in it,\u201d Langley said in a statement when the album was announced<\/a>\u201cI\u2019ve never poured more of myself into a project\u2026 It\u2019s about learning yourself, making mistakes, and realizing that it\u2019s all just part of life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dandelion<\/em> is the latest achievement for what\u2019s already a banner year for Langley. Her latest single \u201cChoosin\u2019 Texas\u201d is currently #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, with hundreds of millions of combined accrued streams. She\u2019ll also be hitting the road on the \u201cDandelion\u201d tour<\/a> in support of the album this summer, with support from Dylan Marlowe, Kameron Marlowe, and more.<\/p>\n
