She was last seen outside of her home in Arizona on Jan. 31. The NBC anchor&#8217;s 84-year-old mother was taken against her will, according to the Pima County Sheriff&#8217;s Department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A ransom note was reportedly sent to the Guthrie family last week. The deadline to pay this ransom in bitcoin was set for this past Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;We believe our mom is still out there,&#8221; Savannah Guthrie said. &#8220;We need your help. Law enforcement is working tirelessly around the clock, trying to bring her home, trying to find her. She was taken and we don\u2019t know where.
