Dancing With the Stars<\/a> is bringing the ballroom to life with its first fan convention and live show, which kicks off this summer.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, Good Morning America announced the news, stating that the Dancing With the Stars convention will be a three-day immersive experience for fans, allowing them to meet some of their favorite professional dancers and former celebrity contestants while taking in everything the event has to offer, according to Variety<\/a> and ABC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n Ryan O\u2019Dowd, president of unscripted at BBC Studios, said how excited fans of the longest-running dance competition will be to participate in the convention and connect with other like-minded individuals through dance.<\/p>\n \u201cDancing With the Stars has always been about more than just competition; it\u2019s about courage, connection, and the unforgettable moments that bring people together through dance,\u201d Variety reported O\u2019Dowd said. \u201cFor years, our fans have been clamoring for even more ways to engage with the show, and we\u2019re thrilled to have created this rare and immersive opportunity to experience the magic, the music, the movement, the emotion, and the heart that continues to make this show so special.\u201d<\/p>\n Here\u2019s everything fans and dance enthusiasts need to know about the convention, including when, where, and when tickets go on sale, according to the official website<\/a>, Variety and ABC News.<\/p>\n The convention will be held at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, California.<\/p>\n The three-day event will take place July 31 through Aug. 2, 2026.<\/p>\n There will be 17 pros and 14 former celebrity contestants at this year\u2019s inaugural DWTS convention. Here\u2019s everyone who will be there.<\/p>\n The pros include Brandon Armstrong, Lindsay Arnold, Rylee Arnold, Alan Bersten, Hailey Bills, Sharna Burgess, Witney Carson, Val Chmerkovskiy, Sasha Farber, Jenna Johnson, Daniella Karagach, Pasha Pashkov, Jan Ravnik, Gleb Savchenko, Emma Slater, Ezra Sosa and Britt Stewart.<\/p>\n Former contestants and mirrorball winners include Hannah Brown, Danielle Fishel, Xochitl Gomez, Joey Graziadei, Elaine Hendrix, Rashad Jennings, Amanda Kloots, Whitney Leavitt, Phaedra Parks, Jojo Siwa, Johnny Weir, Rumer Willis, Kristi Yamaguchi and Ginger Zee.<\/p>\n DWTS<\/a> judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli\u00a0will also attend, with more being announced soon.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s really cool because it\u2019s never been done before,\u201d DWTS pro Witney Carson said on GMA, emphasizing what fans can expect from the event. \u201cYou\u2019re going to have access to pros and celebrities, which is really fun, and we\u2019re just really excited to see you guys there.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans will be able to enjoy all of the activities on the scheduled days of the event, according to the website.<\/p>\n Friday<\/strong><\/p>\n Live from Palm Springs!
