Bollywood is slowly stepping up for <\/span>Rajpal Yadav<\/a> after he surrendered to the Delhi High Court and Tihar Jail because of his debt. A cheque bounce case of \u20b92.5 crore and his flop movie,\u00a0<\/span>Ata Pata Laapata\u00a0created the kind of debt he simply couldn’t get out of.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sonu Sood stepped forward to help him, hiring him in his next film. Moreover, he asked for everyone in the Bollywood industry to help him. Now, even more big-name celebrities have joined the list.\n<\/p>\n

Upon being \u20b99 crores in debt, Rajpal Yadav was sent to Tihar Jail after feeling helpless. When Sonu Sood<\/a> initiated a petition to help him, more and more celebrities pitched in, including KRK. In an interview with Screen, Yadav\u2019s manager confirmed that more people have joined the list.\n<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of people have reached out to help Rajpal Yadav. Actors like Sonu Sood, Salman Khan<\/a> and Ajay Devgn have extended their support. I was just on a call with David Dhawan \u2014 he too reached out. Ratan Jain, Varun Dhawan\u2026 many people are coming forward to help him this time, which Rajpal has deeply appreciated.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

There are many people who wish to help him. A-List celebrities are also pitching in, proving that he won’t be in trouble for much longer if this continues on.\n<\/p>\n

Rajpal Yadav’s manager, Goldie, did not elaborate on whether he asked for help from these celebrities before he went to jail. However, he did emphasise on the rising support once he was in a situation he couldn’t get out of.\n<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone has made commitments, but such transactions don\u2019t happen overnight. Mentally, the family has to remain strong. Rajpal Bhai himself is very strong, and that strength runs in the family. There are also several celebrations lined up at home, with family functions scheduled later in February. Everyone wants Rajpal Bhai to be out by then. Hopefully, he should be released by tomorrow.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

With the pace of how things are going, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa actor may not have to sit in jail for much longer.\n<\/p>\n
