\n\tSooner or later, it\u2019s the question every daughter asks: Did you really drink Angelina Jolie<\/a>\u2019s blood?<\/p>\n

\n\tLandman<\/em> star Michelle Randolph<\/a> says she asked her character\u2019s onscreen dad, Billy Bob Thornton<\/a>, if those wild tabloid reports from decades ago about him and his ex-wife Jolie were true.<\/p>\n

\n\tAppearing on\u00a0Wednesday\u2019s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show<\/em>, Randolph was asked what it\u2019s like to work with the Oscar winner.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cMost of my scenes are with him, and I\u2019m thinking, \u2018God, like what, all I know is that he drank Angelina Jolie\u2019s blood or something,’\u201d she said, according to People<\/em><\/a>. \u201cWhich I since have asked him about.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tIn the early 2000s, there was a viral gossip report that Thornton and the Tomb Raider<\/em> star drank each other\u2019s blood.<\/p>\n

\n\tUnfortunately, Barrymore seemingly let Randolph off the hook and didn\u2019t press her on exactly what her co-star replied. Instead, Randolph simply described how he reacted to the question.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHe just, I mean, he\u2019s just [at] ease,\u201d she said. \u201cIf ease was a person, that\u2019s who he is. That\u2019s why he\u2019s so good at what he does. You think someone with his r\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0is going to be so intimidating, but instead, he\u2019s such a great actor because he pulls honesty out of you and he settles you in a scene and in life. I tend to talk a lot and move fast and he just makes me want to just chill.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tFortunately, Thornton has been asked about the rumor previously \u2014 and rather recently. During a Rolling Stone<\/em> interview<\/a> in November, Thornton described the report as an exaggeration. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe each had a little locket, literally with a drop of blood in them,\u201d Thornton said. \u201cThat\u2019s a romantic little idea, and that\u2019s all that was. But by the time it\u2019s over, we\u2019re vampires. We live in a dungeon, we drink each other\u2019s blood, and this kind of stuff.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cAnd of course, Angelina and I had a great time together,\u201d Thornton added. \u201cThat was one of the greatest times of my life. She and I are still very, very close friends. And that was the one that ended up being a really civilized breakup. We simply split up because our lifestyles were so different.\u201d<\/p>\n
