Blake Lively.<\/p>\n<p>The <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/22\/entertainment\/blake-lively-shades-gossip-girl-in-texts-about-it-ends-with-us-drama\/\">\u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum<\/a>, notably, was not present at the href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/03\/21\/celebrity-news\/justin-baldoni-sues-former-publicist-for-maliciously-leaking-texts-that-started-catastrophic-blake-lively-legal-battle\/\">case against former publicist Stephanie Jones<\/a>, whom he countersued in March 2025 after she <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/12\/24\/celebrity-news\/justin-baldonis-ex-publicist-sues-him-crisis-pr-over-blake-lively-smear-campaign\/\">sued him<\/a> the previous December.<\/p>\n<p>Emily, pale pink ensembles.<\/p>\n<p>The settlement discussion was the \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d co-stars final chance to avoid <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/12\/09\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-and-justin-baldonis-sexual-harassment-trial-postponed\/\">going to trial<\/a> over Lively\u2019s <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/entertainment\/blake-lively-justin-baldoni-drama-it-ends-with-us-movie\/\">contentious legal battle<\/a> is expected to come to a head on May 18, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Justin\u2019s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told Deadline that \u201cthere\u2019s always a chance\u201d a settlement will be reached in the meantime.<\/p>\n<p>However, the attorney clarified he didn\u2019t \u201cknow that [they] will\u201d resume settlement talks.<\/p>\n<p>Lively <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/12\/31\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-sues-justin-baldoni-over-it-ends-with-us-feud\/\">sued Justin<\/a> in January 2025 for <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/11\/06\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-claims-161-million-in-damages-due-to-it-ends-with-us-smear-campaign\/\">$161 million in damages<\/a> after filing a complaint
