I am especially heartbroken for his incredible wife Kimberly, his beautiful children and his amazing family, Jim, Jared, Juliana and all of his family and friends who I know he loved deeply.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p><!--\/#cb-6eedd36b83c10e225716234d91e763c0--><\/p>\n<section id=\"cb-dd8221a27ccd9ffa3df39f8c240bb0c9\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \">\n<p>McComb also included a throwback photo of herself with Van Der Beek, who was her husband for six years until their 2009 separation.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p><!--\/#cb-dd8221a27ccd9ffa3df39f8c240bb0c9--><\/p>\n<section id=\"cb-632f422cc6418b707c5090b35dacc296\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \">\n<p>She shared, \u201cThis picture is from my 21st birthday.\u00a0Dawson&#8217;s Creek hadn\u2019t even aired yet. This is how I will always see James innocent, kind and pure of heart. What a journey we shared over the years. I sit here in immense gratitude for the special connection, friendship and love that James and I shared that has endured through decades.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p><!--\/#cb-632f422cc6418b707c5090b35dacc296--><\/p>\n<section id=\"cb-83b957794a1b7cd920b9b137e28bb4ab\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \">\n<p>&#8220;I will treasure the last loving words we exchanged,&#8221; McComb went on. &#8220;James was a beautiful soul filled with so much light, love, talent, humor, depth, sensitivity, knowledge and a deep love of God that shined through him. He shined so bright yet was so humble and human. I know you had a lot of loved ones up there welcoming you home. God bless you. Till we meet again you sweet soul you. Prayers up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p><!--\/#cb-c9a0f9e1db577942f10982256913580a--><\/p>\n<section id=\"cb-eca197a7b5e933277ec116a2695f721b\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \">\n<p>McComb also linked off the Kimberly\u2019s GoFundMe page in her Instagram stories.
