{"id":2279992,"date":"2026-02-13T05:42:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-13T05:42:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/?p=2279992"},"modified":"2026-02-13T05:42:40","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T05:42:40","slug":"first-ever-dancing-with-the-stars-con-comes-to-acrisure-arena-in-palm-desert-san-bernardino-sun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/first-ever-dancing-with-the-stars-con-comes-to-acrisure-arena-in-palm-desert-san-bernardino-sun\/","title":{"rendered":"First-ever \u2018Dancing With the Stars Con\u2019 comes to Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert \u2013 San Bernardino Sun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ocregister.com\/2022\/03\/09\/dancing-with-the-stars-tour-comes-to-southern-california\/\">Dancing With the Stars<\/a> Con 2026, the TV dance competition show\u2019s first-ever fan convention, will come to Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert for three days from July 31 to Aug. 2, organizers announced on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are so excited to bring <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ocregister.com\/2014\/03\/10\/new-season-of-dancing-with-the-stars-is-a-little-light-on-the-celebrities\/\">\u2018Dancing with the Stars\u2019<\/a> fans a truly once-in-a-lifetime event,\u201d said Jared Paul of Faculty Productions, which produces the show, in a written statement. \u201cFor the first time ever, we\u2019ll assemble the largest cast of pro dancers, Mirrorball Champions, and fan-favorite celebrities from throughout the show\u2019s twenty-year history for an action-packed, full-weekend experience that will thrill audiences.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen everyone is under one roof, anything can happen \u2014 and we can\u2019t wait to bring the ballroom to life this summer in Palm [Desert],\u201d Paul said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to dance performances, panels, photo ops and exhibits, the convention will also feature past Mirrorball Champions \u2013 a mirrorball trophy goes to the winner of each season of the show \u2013 and other fan favorites who\u2019ve competed on the show.<\/p>\n<p>Past champions expected to appear at the convention include Olympic ice skater <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ocregister.com\/2008\/03\/27\/the-watcher-is-kristi-yamaguchi-bad-for-dancing-with-the-stars\/\">Kristi Yamaguchi<\/a>, NFL running back Rashad Jennings, actress Xochitl Gomez, reality TV personality Joey Graziadei, reality TV personality Hannah Brown, and actress Rumer Willis.<\/p>\n<p>Other past celebrity competitors include actress Danielle Fishel, actress Elaine Hendrix, TV personality Amanda Kloots, reality TV personality Whitney Leavitt, attorney and TV personality Phaedra Parks, singer Jojo Siwa, Olympic ice skater Johnny Weir, and TV meteorologist Ginger Zee.<\/p>\n<p>Professional dancers who partnered with the celebrity competitors on the series will include Brandon Armstrong, Lindsay Arnold, Rylee Arnold, Alan Bersten, Hailey Bills, Sharna Burgess, Witney Carson, Val Chmerkovskiy, Sasha Farber, Jenna Johnson, Daniella Karagach, Pasha Pashkov, Jan Ravnik, Gleb Savchenko, Emma Slater, Ezra Sosa, and Britt Stewart.<\/p>\n<p>And, of course, a few \u201cDancing With the Stars\u201d judges, including Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli, will be present, too.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2019<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ocregister.com\/2010\/09\/18\/ocs-audrina-patridge-talks-about-dancing-with-the-stars-debut\/\">Dancing with the Stars<\/a>\u2018 has always been about more than just competition; it\u2019s about courage, connection, and the unforgettable moments that bring people together through dance,\u201d said Ryan O\u2019Dowd, a BBC executive and executive producer of \u201cDancing With the Stars.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor years our fans have been clamoring for even more ways to engage with the show, and we\u2019re thrilled to have created this rare and immersive opportunity to experience the magic, the music, the movement, the emotion, and the heart that continues to make this show so special,\u201d O\u2019Dowd said in a written statement.<\/p>\n<p>Three-day early bird tickets for the convention are priced at $199 plus fees.
