Today, with the release of her <em>Wuthering Heights <\/em>album as the buzzy movie hits theaters, Charli\u2019s cinematic and airy \u201cAlways Everywhere\u201d is receiving prime playlist placement. As she shared in a press release in November, director Emerald Fennell called her during Christmas 2024 asking whether she would write a song for the film. \u201cI read the script and immediately felt inspired,\u201d wrote Charli. \u201cAfter being so in the depths of my previous album I was excited to escape into something entirely new, entirely opposite.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>MUNA, \u201cDancing On The Wall\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tPop trio MUNA returns this week with the title track off its upcoming fourth album \u2014 and as the band does best, the single balances a devastating sentiment with irresistibly uptempo production, bound together by Katie Gavin\u2019s singular voice. The band revealed in a statement that \u201cDancing On The Wall\u201d is \u201cpossibly our favorite song we\u2019ve made as a band\u2026it\u2019s all the best parts of MUNA.\u201d The track was produced by member Naomi McPherson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Bleachers, \u201cYou and Forever\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tBleachers released its self-titled album in March 2024; two years later, the band has announced its upcoming fifth album, <em>Everyone for Ten Minutes<\/em>, out May 22. Led by single \u201cYou and Forever\u201d \u2014 written and produced by founding member Jack Antonoff \u2014 the rock track sounds a bit inspired by The National, thanks to its deep and layered vocals that narrate a haunting side of love. As the press release teases of the album overall: \u201cDespite moments where it briefly peers into darkness, it\u2019s essentially an optimistic record that feels lovestruck and hopeful, leaping from harmony-laden folk rock to shimmering pop soul to the sax-assisted New Jersey sound that\u00a0Bleachers\u00a0have become synonymous for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Lykke Li, \u201cLucky Again\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cI\u2019m going into my existential era,\u201d Lykke Li shared in a statement, revealing the inspiration behind her upcoming album, <em>The Afterparty<\/em>, out May 8. \u201cLucky Again\u201d offers the first glimpse into that era \u2014 and its euphoric, hopeful and a bit dizzying. \u201cIt\u2019s samsara in a song,\u201d the artist continued, writing of the endless cycle of birth, death and rebirth. \u201cThe wheel of life: winning, losing, living, dying. As Flea approached his 60th birthday (he\u2019s now 63) he felt it was now or never and vowed to practice the trumpet every day for two years \u2014 and so he did. The result is his debut solo album, <em>Honora, <\/em>out this March. The album will include six original songs composed and arranged by Flea, alongside his interpretations of songs he loves, including Frank Ocean\u2019s \u201cThinkin Bout You.\u201d As Flea wrote in a statement: \u201cWhen [<em>Channel Orange<\/em>] came out, it really blew me away.
