Storytelling sits at the heart of her work, shaped by early exposure to the arts and a deep-rooted musical heritage. With a mother working in film and a father immersed in music, creativity was always a constant. Her father, renowned saxophonist Richie Buckley<\/strong>, has performed internationally with artists such as Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, The Cranberries, Christy Moore and Sin\u00e9ad O\u2019Connor, while her grandfather, Philip O\u2019Brien<\/strong>, was a highly respected pianist. This generational connection to music is evident in EvieB\u2019s instinctive feel for melody, emotion and expression.<\/p>\nInspired by iconic songwriters including Stevie Nicks, Bob Dylan and Joni Mitchell, EvieB crafts songs that feel intimate yet expansive. Long-time collaborator and producer John Reynolds<\/strong> (Sin\u00e9ad O\u2019Connor, Peter Gabriel, U2) brings a seasoned touch to her recordings, helping translate her narratives into delicate melodies and haunting vocal performances.
