Hailey Bieber has been in Australia this week for the launch of her brand Rhode there and in New Zealand. She also attended the Wuthering Heights <\/em>premiere<\/a> and spoke at Vogue Australia\u2019<\/em>s Forces of Fashion summit<\/a> in Sydney.<\/p>\n

During her panel appearance, the star gave rare insight into her marriage with Justin Bieber,<\/a> along with how they work together to raise their 1-year-old son, Jack, while balancing their careers. She cited her current trip to Sydney as one example of how she and Justin support each other.<\/p>\n

Hailey began by saying having a perfect work-life balance may not be possible: \u201cBalance is a difficult word because I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s possible to accomplish full balance. If you have, let me know how you got there.\u201d She then touched on Justin: \u201cHaving a great partner is really important, and sharing responsibilities. I\u2019m here working, and my son is at home with his dad living his best life. Having that support is very freeing and makes the decision a little bit easier.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also spoke about working with Justin professionally, saying, \u201cI\u2019m always super excited to collaborate with the person that I love. [Justin and I] don\u2019t think of it as a work thing. We look at it as, \u2018How fun is it that we can both do the things that we\u2019re passionate about, so let\u2019s do something that we\u2019re passionate about together.\u2019 We\u2019re both people that really love things that feel effortless and seamless, and want to do things that feel fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hailey\u2019s new comments come days after a source told People<\/em><\/a> that the couple is \u201cin such a strong place right now. [Justin] feels deeply supported.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider revealed that Hailey was there throughout the singer\u2019s prep for his Grammys performance<\/a>. \u201cShe\u2019s been right there throughout and watched him build the album [Swag<\/em>] from the ground up. She was so proud seeing his vision come to light onstage.\u201d<\/p>\n
