KANSAS CITY, Mo. \u2014 Planet Comicon Kansas City has finalized its lineup for this year\u2019s event.<\/p>\n
This week, Planet Comicon Kansas City announced three major additions to its 2026 celebrity guest lineup. Kiefer Sutherland,\u00a0Lou Diamond Phillips and\u00a0Sean Astin\u00a0are now set to attend the show.<\/p>\n
Halo Ridge to serve as accessible community space in Olathe <\/a><\/p>\n The comic book and pop culture event runs from March 27-29 at the Kansas City Convention Center.<\/p>\n Kiefer Sutherland, the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning star, will make his first appearance at Planet Comicon. His career also includes starring roles in \u201cfan-favorite films such as \u201c24,\u201d \u201cThe Lost Boys,\u201d \u201cYoung Guns\u201d and \u201cA Few Good Men.\u201d<\/p>\n Lou Diamond Phillips broke out portraying Ritchie Valens in \u201cLa Bamba.\u201d Over the decades, he has delivered memorable performances in \u201cStand and Deliver\u201d and \u201cYoung Guns,\u201d and later starred in the television series \u201cLongmire.\u201d<\/p>\n Sean Astin is reuniting with his \u201cLord of the Rings\u201d co-star Elijah Wood at Planet Comicon Kansas City.
