The hit WB sitcom, which aired from 2002 to 2004<\/a>, followed the lives of two sisters living together in New York City \u2014 teenager Holly (Amanda Bynes<\/strong>) and her responsible older sister, Val (Jennie Garth<\/strong>). In addition to Bynes and Garth the series starred Simon Rex, Wesley Jonathan, Leslie Grossman, Michael McMillian, Nick Zano, Allison Munn, Dan Cortese, Edward Kerr<\/strong> and David de Lautour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n What I Like About You pulled inspiration for its show title<\/a> from the 1980 song of the same name by American rock band The Romantics. A cover version of the song \u2014 performed by Canadian all-female rock group Lillix \u2014 was used for the theme song after also being heard on the Freaky Friday and 13 Going on 30 soundtracks.<\/p>\n Season 2 featured a remixed techno\/dance style version, which was the theme song for the rest of the series.
